A fixer, not a fixture
We improve a process and hand it back. We don't want a permanent seat in your business.
About
The same pattern showed up almost every time: the owner was always working in the business, never on it. Velocity exists to do the work nobody had time for.
A background in commercial banking and payment processing is an unusual starting point for an operations consultant. It's also exactly the point.
I'm Seth Wedewer.
I spent years in commercial banking and payment processing, working directly with the owners and managers of small and mid-size businesses. The same pattern showed up almost every time: the owner was always working in the business and never had time to work on it. No time for real expense management. No time to fix the billing system. No time to step back and ask what could be better.
I could help them with banking and payment processing from where I sat. But the biggest wins were always in the work nobody had time to do. So I built Velocity to do exactly that.
Background
Three convictions shape every engagement.
We improve a process and hand it back. We don't want a permanent seat in your business.
We use it where it actually saves time or catches what you'd miss — and nowhere it doesn't.
We're honest about what we can and can't solve, and we'd rather tell you "no" than sell you something that won't move the needle.
The best way to know is a short conversation. Book a call or send a note.
