One operator who's seen how small businesses really run — building the systems that help you run more efficiently, improve your customers' experience, and save time.
Four steps. No mystery, no 80-slide deck.
A deep, honest conversation about your business. We ask the open questions you're too busy to ask yourself, and we listen for where the time and money are going.
A clear, high-level map of what we can improve and how — no jargon, no 80-slide deck.
Exactly how fast we can implement and what it costs. We're upfront about our ability to solve your challenges, and we estimate the time and cost savings before you sign.
We're not here to take a permanent seat in your business. We fix the system and leave it running.
One specialty. A good system does three things for you — here's what each looks like in practice.
We rebuild the processes that quietly cost your team hours every week — billing, customer onboarding, quality control, data collection. The goal is simple: work that runs the same way every time, without someone holding it together by hand.
Where it helps, we use AI as a tool — not a slogan — to automate the busywork, replace costly software with leaner alternatives, and catch what you'd never spot by hand.
When the system behind the scenes runs smoothly, your customers feel it. We tighten the moments that shape how it feels to do business with you — onboarding, quoting, invoicing, and follow-through — so nothing stalls, slips, or makes a client chase you.
The best owners are always working in the business and never get to work on it. We take the recurring administrative work off your plate — and, drawing on our banking background, audit the things owners rarely have time for: expense management, merchant processing fees, and the recurring costs that crept in and never left. You get hours back, and money stops leaking.
One example of a system we build again and again — because if there's one thing we can reliably improve, it's how you get paid.
Marketing — handled through a trusted partner when an engagement calls for it.
Payment processing — through Velocity Payments, our dedicated sister company.

We work primarily on a per-project basis: a defined goal, a clear scope, and a deadline. You know exactly what we're fixing, what it costs, and when it's done — before we start.
Once a project ships, we charge a monthly retainer — a percentage of the project cost — to keep it running. That covers fixing anything that breaks and making the incremental improvements that keep the system sharp over time. It's a standard part of every project.
For some clients, it makes sense to keep us on for ongoing financial work: expense monitoring and audits, financial reporting and KPI tracking, and continued banking and payment-processing optimization. We only suggest this when it earns its keep.
We'd rather be honest up front than waste your time.
This works best for owners who already do excellent work and want it to run better. It does not work for organizations that are allergic to change. If "we've always done it this way" is the final word, we're not your firm — and we'll tell you that up front.
